About the Customer Service Division
The Customer Service Division serves as a central location
for city residents, offering a variety of services including licensing / permits, water / sewer utility payments, and initiating or disconnecting water / sewer service. Customer service provides citizens of Manhattan and other communities with competent, prompt, and courteous service. The division strives daily to surpass customers' expectations while making a diverse range of services available.
