T. Russell Reitz Animal Shelter
The T. Russell Reitz Animal Shelter provides service to Riley County, Pottawatomie County, and the City of Manhattan. The shelter does not provide service to the City of Riley, Junction City, Leonardville, Fort Riley, or Ogden. There is an $80 surrender fee per animal from these areas.
