Pay your water / sewer utility bill online or if you need to start new water or sewer service or disconnect your current service please call 785-587-2480.

If you are having water or sewer issues, please contact the Utilities Division at 785-587-4530 during business office hours. You can also submit a request online by clicking
here. However, if you experience problems after business hours, for water issues, call our
Water Treatment Plant at 785-587-4550, and for sewer issues, please contact our
Wastewater Treatment Plant at 785-587-4555. These numbers are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
