It is the purpose of the Kansas Open Records Act (KORA) that public records shall be open for inspection by any person unless otherwise provided. The City Clerk is the official record custodian for the City of Manhattan. The City Clerk is also the designated Freedom of Information Officer as required under the Kansas Open Records Act. The City Clerk's office is in City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue.
