5-Year Strategic Plan - CrossroadsMHK
CrossroadsMHK was a citywide effort to develop a strategic plan guiding decision making and investment throughout the community. This is the City's first-ever strategic plan focused solely on responsibilities and initiatives of our City government. The plan helps to prioritize City services, programs, projects, and future investments as we continue striving to be a great place to live for all Manhattan residents. The 10-month strategic planning process began in January 2021 with three rounds of public engagement. The City Commission adopted the 5-Year Strategic Plan by resolution, 5-0, on November 16, 2021.
