Community House

The City of Manhattan is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers that desire to purchase or lease, and then redevelop the City-owned historic Community House, located at 120 N. 4th Street in Manhattan, Kansas. The City  is interested in a redevelopment project that will make a positive contribution to the community, and that is not only compatible with, but will strengthen and enhance the quality of the surrounding district. The proposals should highlight the proposed renovations and future use of the Community House.

Lee Mill Village

Lee Mill Village is a residential development area located in the southwest portion of Manhattan, Kansas.

The area is zoned for duplex or townhome use within the city limits of Manhattan. Utilities, including water and sewer, are in place for each site. A total of 35 lots are available for purchase individually, by group, or as a whole. 

Manhattan Business Park

The Manhattan Business Park is a 190-acre state-of-the-art development located next to Manhattan Regional Airport. The Business Park offers businesses immediate access to four-lane highways via K-18 and is located just minutes from I-70.

Available Business Park land is owned by the City of Manhattan. All major utility and street infrastructure is in place to serve your business.
