The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) was established by the Policy Board to advise and make recommendations to the Policy Board. It is comprised of planning and public works staff from the the Cities of Manhattan, Junction City, and Wamego; Riley, Pottawatomie, and Geary Counties, as well as, representation from Fort Riley, Kansas State University, the Flint Hills Regional Council, the City of Ogden, the City of Grandview Plaza, Kansas Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, Federal Transit Administration, Flint Hills aTa, and the Manhattan Bicycle Advisory Committee.
