A special event permit has been issued to Ryan McKee/City of Manhattan for the Movie Under the Stars on October 9, 2021. The event will be located at City Park, closing Central Park Rd thru middle of City Park at Fremont St and Manhattan Ave. The permit for this event is valid beginning at 3:00 p.m. and will expire at 11:00 p.m. For questions call 785-556-7980.
