A special event permit has been issued to Jenneen LeMay for the Flint Hills Beer Fest on October 9th. The event will be located at Blue Earth Plaza closing the parking stalls on the North side of Blue Earth Place St. The permit for this event is valid beginning at 3:00 p.m. and will expire at 7:00 p.m.
