A special event permit has been issued to Dirk Daveline for the Halloween Shuffle on 10/17/21. The event will be located at City Park with a walk route around City Park Perimeter, Humboldt, 8th and Leavenworth St. The permit for this event is valid beginning at 7am and will expire at 12:00pm.
