A special event permit has been issued to Tamie Redding for the K-State Homecoming Parade on October 29, 2021. The event will be located starting at Manhattan Town Center, 3rd St, Poyntz Ave., 11th St. Moro St. N. Manhattan Ave, and concluding at City Park. The permit for this event is valid beginning at 5:00 p.m. and will expire at 7:00 p.m.
