1. Exterior Ceiling Inspections Required

• Framing of rafters or trusses for a porch or deck roof, including rafter or truss to top plate connection, must be inspected prior to being covered.
• Load path for post connection to beam, and required mechanical fastener(s), must be inspected prior to being covered.
• Please request an “exterior ceiling” inspection when calling to schedule. This is a separate inspection type from a framing rough. 
• Given the differing time frames of the installation of siding and soffit material, vs the post to beam connection, two separate inspections may be required.
